Daily habits to improve your life. Learn some daily habits of successful people and upgrade yourself with these tips.

These tips will also help you learn how to get it together and become more organized.

1. Go Through Your Categories | Compartments

How do you see your life? What are the different areas? How is most of your time spent? Make a list of the different categories in your life. How do you see it?

Here are examples;

  • Health
  • Relationships
  • Career
  • Finance
  • Spirituality

Someone may view there’s more like;

  • My Home
  • My Office
  • My Car
  • My Time
  • My Self Image | Personal Brand
  • Love Life
  • Family
  • Friends
  • Makeup | Clothing

Regardless of how you see your compartments in life, list them out, and select the ones you feel need improvement. Now if you’re someone who believes in improving all categories, do be mindful not to go hardcore at each one. This would be quite overwhelming.

You can work on each one, little by little by little each day. Or you can prioritize and up level certain categories you see fit.

An Example Would Be;
The Compartment | Category : My Personal Image | Personal Brand.

The Goal :

  • I want to work on my personal image in regards to how I seem to others.
  • I want to look like an organized woman, one who has it all together. I want to not only do this for my personal brand and image, but to maintain organization for peace of mind.

The How To:

  • A Plan to do so would involve cleaning and organizing my life and actual physical areas of mine like my car, my office, my closet, my purse.
  • Here you can set due dates, daily actions and notes on your roadmap to your desired outcome.

The Plan– Buy Matching Hangers For The Closet & Replace All Old Ones

– Buy A Planner And Write In It Daily. Include Bill Due Dates, Appointments, Birthdays, Important Dates, Etc.

– Clean Out Purse, Buy A New Wallet That Matches Purse. Buy a Purse Organizer Insert. Donate Or Toss Any Bags That Are Damaged.

– Buy Containers To Organized Items In Closet And Organize Them.

2. Omit The Bad Habits Little By Little

First, you need to be more aware of your daily habits. Start taking notes about yourself. What habits do you want to change in order to become next level?

Questions To Consider:

  • What habits do you want to change?
  • What habits are keeping you from being the person you truly see yourself as?

  • What habits can you implement to become more of this new and improved better self?
  • How will you keep track of these habits and improvements?

I suggest thinking each evening, or even journaling each evening, about your day.

  • Did you do the best to be your best today?
  • What can you do to improve?
  • What habits are not serving you?
  • What habits did serve you?

Always take some time for yourself to think for yourself. Keep in mind, not every single day will be perfect. Always focus on the little improvements. And being a better person for you, and for others.

Now that you have selected where you want to see improvement, mapped out your plan and have begun the first steps in omitting the bad habits, let us continue with some more daily habits to improve your life.

3. Clean Your Purse Each Evening

Okay, this little self improvement tip can apply even if you do not have a purse. Use it more as a metaphor.

Each evening, or after work, or simply before getting ready to wind down for the night, do something to keep everything neat and tidy and keep everything in it’s place.

Each evening, go through your wallet;

  • Take out receipts you do not need
  • Put loose change in to a coin pouch you keep in your bag or into a coin jar you keep at home
  • Empty out anything you may have put in your pockets, coat pockets, etc.

4. When Exiting Your Car, Take Any Trash Out. DON’T Accumulate It

Each time before you exit your car, check if there are gum wrappers.

And please, do not store garbage in the car. If you have been doing so, it’s okay, just make the time now to clear the clutter. Each day, try to keep this habit up.

Its incredible, the feeling you get when there is actual space in your space, whether the space you are cleaning is your car, your room, your workspace, your office or something as small as your wallet.

SEXY TIP: Keeping your car clean is also an attribute many people neglect to realize is actually an attractive trait to a potential partner.

Not everyone has this space organized and neat, dust free and detailed. A person who does can be very attractive in the eyes of another high value individual.

5. Become Selective In The Music You Play

Have you ever actually listened to the lyrics of certain songs? So many melodies I have loved but failed to actually listen to and understand their downgrading lyrics. I am now more cognizant of what my brain listens to.

These songs can create an entire mood shift and we may not even realize it.

Next time you are listening to music, see how you feel when listening to the song. How does you mind wander, what does it think of? How are you reacting to the song.

Sometimes instead of music, I’ll play an inspirational piece on YouTube or a self improvement podcast. I’ve noticed that saturating my mind in helpful and inspiring information is far far better than entertaining my mind with a mindless song.

6. Pick Up A Book And Read It | Or Read A Detailed Summary At The Very Least

Read Books That Help You Gain Knowledge Or Aid In Self Improvement.

Reading a book can expand your use of daily words, expand your vocabulary. You’ll speak a little more differently and you will sound far more elevated.

Or, simply read and re-read (keep imprinting success in the mind) self improvement articles, I listed some of mine below.

The purpose is not to seem better, its to stimulate the mind, keep it working, keep it developing into something even more brilliant. YOU are developing into something even more brilliant.
