I like to retain a bit of mystery about myself. If my purse were to fall and all of its contents presented themselves to the world, I would love a bit of discretion as to what’s exactly in my purse.
Not only do these tips offer that discretion as you can hide other private things in them, but they also offer a better sense of organization in your purse.
When items have their own designated place or container, it’s a much more organized environment in your bag.
Here are some suggestions where you can discretely place some of your personal items and in this article, feminine products are the items we seek to store.
Of course depending on the items you need and their size, not every suggestion is the better one. Browse through and see what tips you may want to apply.
Makeup Pouch
A good sized makeup pouch will allow a lady to cary several different kinds of products in all sizes as makeup pouches are relatively medium to large sized.
I have several pretty makeup bags that I use to keep other items in that ensures an organized purse.
An Extra Tip: Depending on my purse color and style, just to be a little bit extra, I select the pouch that compliments my purse. I just love that overall put together look.
Pencil Case
Always select one that is neutral or similar to your style so you can effortlessly place it from purse to purse and have it look lovely and cohesive.
This item along with the makeup pouch together work effectively in creating a bit of privacy as to what you are taking with you to a restroom if you are not carrying your purse with.
Eye Glasses Case
An eye glasses case is a good size to store some of the lengthier products.
The one pictured here is not a typical case, it is more flat, but it does offer space for different sized items and still looks quite sleek. It resembles a clutch.
A Small Clutch
A small clutch can hold several items that can remain unknown to others.
It also looks classy whether it falls out of your purse by mistake (still securely housing your private items) or whether you carry it alongside you on your way to the restroom.
Empty Packaging
This can be any packaging from a gum container to a perfume box. It can be a jewelry box as pictured below.

When you live with a man, or have a guest who may need something from under the sink (and you don’t want your items on full display) or if you simply just like to keep your items hidden and organized in general, these suggestions can work quite well.
Whether you keep these suggested containers in a drawer, the cabinet under the sink, or in a linen closet, keeping your little items hidden not only offers some privacy alongside mystery, but also keeps a clean and organized look.
Let’s take a look at how to store feminine products.
A Pretty & Empty Container
In this example I have a tin recipe box. It neatly fits products and looks super pretty in the linen closet or anywhere and keeps products from being on full display when you open the closet or cabinet under the bathroom sink.
A Photo Box
You can also place other containers within the photo box for an even more organized look. Sometimes I keep products in their original packaging and neatly tucked in the photo box just to have everything separated.
Boxes can also be neatly stacked on one another for a clean look in the closet or in a cabinet. Other items can be hidden in them as well.
An Office Paper Box
This is similar to the photo box, however this box is meant to store office papers / important documents as it is a bit wider in size to do so.
A Hat Box
A hat box is much larger, although it is usually a circular shape, it can still hold quite a bit of products.
